What do to if ...

A Spacer Pops Out!

If it's 2 days or less until the day you get your braces on, don't worry they don't need to be replaced. This just means that enough space has been created and they cannot stay in anymore; which is good!

If they snap a few days after they were placed give us a call to set up an appointment to have them replaced.

When spacers or separators snap this usually means the teeth we placed them between are really close together which puts stress on the spacer causing them to break.

If you call the office and get the answering machine just leave us a note that they fell out and attend any scheduled appointments unless we contact you otherwise.
